Trampoline: Gymnasts perform a routine from 10 skills, twisting and turning as they reach a height of 10 metres.

Tumbling: On a 25-metre springy runway called a tumble track, gymnasts make high-speed jumps, somersault­s and twists in a routine that lasts for only a few seconds.

Double mini trampoline:

After a short run, gymnasts spring from a small trampoline, perform skills and then bounce from a second trampoline and finish their routine.
