Tram­po­line: Gym­nasts per­form a rou­tine from 10 skills, twist­ing and turn­ing as they reach a height of 10 me­tres.

Tum­bling: On a 25-me­tre springy run­way called a tum­ble track, gym­nasts make high-speed jumps, som­er­saults and twists in a rou­tine that lasts for only a few sec­onds.

Dou­ble mini tram­po­line:

Af­ter a short run, gym­nasts spring from a small tram­po­line, per­form skills and then bounce from a sec­ond tram­po­line and fin­ish their rou­tine.
