A quick guide to footgolf

Players are usually not allowed to wear football boots.

Standard footballs are used but must be size 5, which have a circumference of 68–70 centimetres.

Players can’t use the sole of their foot to roll the ball into the hole.

If a ball needs to be removed from water or an obstacle, a penalty point is added to the player’s score.
