A great celebration beer, Wild Beer Co Ninkasi is cased in a beautiful 750ml bottle, the 9% beer from Waitrose costs £7.50 and is re-fermented with champagne yeast and brewed with 10% local apple juice.

A mediumbodied wheat beer combining subtle spice notes with fresh, zesty blood orange, for a deliciously refreshing twist.
4 Thornbridge Tart Bakewell Sour Beer
It costs £2 from Tesco and pours a golden yellow colour. This drink is refreshingly tart and dry with citrusy hops and great flavours of grapefruit and bitter lemon.
5 Badger’s The Mysterious Mer Chicken Beer
Every year, Badger Ales creates one batch of limited-edition ale. This year’s special is a blonde beer called The Mysterious Mer-Chicken. Costing £2.49, from Booths, it’s a perfect summertime tipple, fermented with Belgian yeast and infused with basil for a distinctive beer with herbal undertones.
6 Organic Celia Premium Lager
A crisp, delightfully cooling Czech lager that is naturally carbonated and gluten free. The range is currently available from Tesco and Waitrose stores and online as well as Ocado and selected Oddbins, Booths and Whole Foods stores. Organic Celia and Dark Celia both cost £2.49.
