B erke­ley Homes has re­leased five apart­ments on the 57th floor of its 220m-tall South Quay Plaza tower.

There are two one-beds, two two-beds and a three bed avail­able – of­fer­ing much more space than other floors, which pack in an av­er­age of 11 prop­er­ties.

The homes will also ben­e­fit from glass that is 5% more re­flec­tive – and get even more space as they ex­pand slightly be­yond the ex­te­rior steel beams.

Res­i­dents also have ac­cess to mem­ber­ship at The Quay Club and Lounge, fea­tur­ing an exclusive bar and lounge, which is just one floor be­low on the 56th.


One of the two-beds, which has an amaz­ing view of the City and its land­mark tow­ers such as the Cheeseg­rater, the Gherkin and The Shard.


The scheme will of­fer a se­lec­tion of stu­dio, one, two and three-bed­room apart­ments and pent­houses in the Fos­ter And Part­ners de­sign. The homes will be housed within a 68-storey tower and a smaller 36-storey tower.

The de­vel­op­ment will com­prise more than a mil­lion sq ft and de­liver 888 res­i­den­tial prop­er­ties, in­clud­ing 188 af­ford­able homes, to­gether with cafes, shops and restau­rants.

Berke­ley Homes has also promised to gen­er­ate more than 2.6-acres of pub­lic space, in­clud­ing a new dock­side prom­e­nade and a pocket park.

Com­ple­tion for the first phase is ex­pected in 2021. Prices start at £770,000.
