B erkeley Homes has released five apartments on the 57th floor of its 220m-tall South Quay Plaza tower.
There are two one-beds, two two-beds and a three bed available – offering much more space than other floors, which pack in an average of 11 properties.
The homes will also benefit from glass that is 5% more reflective – and get even more space as they expand slightly beyond the exterior steel beams.
Residents also have access to membership at The Quay Club and Lounge, featuring an exclusive bar and lounge, which is just one floor below on the 56th.
