H ere’s a chance to Brie all that you can Brie.

A giant unlimited cheese board is set to arrive in Greenwich on Saturday, December 16 as part of a festival hosted by Studio 338.

The gastronomic delight will be one of the first special events held at the nightclub after its terrace and studio areas reopens on October 27 following a fire in August 2016 that claimed the life of employee Tomas Ceidukas and destroyed the venue.

Attendees will be able to sample as much cheese as they like, with biscuits and mulled wine to wash it down, served by man-sized mice on the terrace. There will also be vegan alternatives and cheesecake for the sweet of tooth. A large baked Camembert will take centre stage and there will be a double height fireplace for sated turophiles to slump in front of in Stilton-fuelled stupors.

Once Parmesan-loving punters have had their fill, the cheese board will turn into a dance floor with DJs spinning modern cheese anthems until the early hours.

Organisers said the event, which runs from 3pm in Boord Street, would “change lives”. It’ll do wonders for you cholesterol, in any case.

Tickets, which start at £30 and go on sale from Wednesday, November 1 at noon.
