On the seventh day of Christ­mas they all ate too much at the of­fice party. At least that’s what we are wish­ing for every­one this fes­tive sea­son. If no-one has come up trumps yet with the plan­ning here are six Ca­nary Wharf venues of­fer­ing feast­ing menus that will help fill your stock­ings.

From Ital­ian, to Bri­tish and Mex­i­can to Ja­panese, there is some­thing for ev­ery girl and boy, naughty and nice. Eat til your waist­band run­neth over.


Tacos not tur­key rule at this Mex­i­can mar­ket style Re­bel­lion Ban­quet (£30pp). Swap sprouts for salsa and stuff­ing for slow cooked meats flavoured with ex­otic spices. Then toast the sea­son with pitch­ers of icy Mar­gar­i­tas. Park Pavil­ion, un­til Dec 24

Jamie’s Ital­ian

The Naked Chef has whipped up an in­dul­gent Ul­ti­mate Feast Menu (£39.95) that makes those ex­tra pounds worth it. Ex­pect truffle but­ter steak, veal with saf­fron risotto and pump­kin arancini. Aim­ing to make ev­ery fes­tive wish come true, Drake And Mor­gan has de­signed no less than eight Christ­mas menus. The Mistle­toe (£45pp) is four cour­ses of clas­sic flavours such as scal­lops with cau­li­flower puree, tur­key, rib-eye and salted caramel tart. No booze is in­cluded but the cock­tail menu fea­tures the pun-tas­tic Eat, Drink And Be Cherry. No cracker jokes nec­es­sary, then. The Park Pavil­ion, un­til Jan 1

Royal China

Mix things up with this four-course Christ­mas Set Menu (£45pp). Pork in a man­darin sauce sits along­side minced chicken in a pas­try cup and diced fillet steak in red wine along­side Ko Po chicken. Wrap up your own fes­tive treat-crispy duck in pan­cakes. Much bet­ter than pair of socks. West­ferry Cir­cus, un­til Dec 31

Sticks ‘n’ Sushi

Although head­lined Sticks ‘n’ Santa, the big man will not be there. Sorry. Con­sole yours(elves) with the San-Ban menu (£55pp) fea­tur­ing tem­pura shrimp, scal­lops with tiger’s milk and miso mar­i­nated black cod. Fin­ish with yuzu cheese­cake or Mar­cel choco­late cake.
