International tech firms move in to Winnersh Triangle
TWO new names have signed up for units at Winnersh Triangle.
Last week, Patrizia UK, which manages the industrial site off the A329m, revealed that Bilfinger and Sugatsune are relocating to the centre.
It added that the two companies’ decisions to relocate to Winnersh Triangle reflects on its long-standing commitment to providing high quality space and an innovative environment for technology companies at the park.
Japanese industrial hardware and components supplier and developer Sugatsune will move into just under 9,500 sq ft at 635 Wharfedale Road, and leading German international engineering and services provider Bilfinger has taken 7,900 sq ft at 675 Eskdale Road.
Patrizia UK’s director of Asset Management, Rupert Batho, said: “We are delighted to welcome Bilfinger and Sugatsune to our growing technology hub at Winnersh Triangle, joining other top-tier names from a range of different industries.
“We are focused on offering all our occupiers the highest quality accommodation and amenities, within a business park location well known for its accessibility and transport connections.”
Parkinson Holt acted for Sugatsune, GVA acted for Bilfinger and JLL, Strutt and Parker and Vail Williams jointly represented PATRIZIA.
