Mind your peas…

The Wokingham Paper - - LEISURE -

A SPARKLING new comedy drama made especially about South Hill Park is coming to the Bracknell stage next week.

Peas and Carrots, a brand new show written by South HIll Park’s very own Bart Lee, is named after the catering company that services the Art centre. The play was written following a series of observations in the Atrium by the nationally acclaimed playwright.

Offered almost as a look behind the scenes at South Hill Park, the play meets the characters which makes the place run. Outspoken and outrageous at times, the show is hilarious and heartfelt, and perfect for anyone studying performing arts or who has an interest in the workings of a modern theatre.

Suitable for audiences aged 15 and up, Peas and Carrots runs from Wednesday, November 15 to Friday, November 17 at 7.45pm, with an extra performance on Saturday, November 18 at 2.30pm. Tickets are £12.50, £10.50 for concessions.
