Festive fun at Win­nersh Tri­an­gle

A FESTIVE fair added some Christ­mas cheer to work­ers at Win­nersh Tri­an­gle ear­lier this month.

The event was held in The Venue - the busi­ness park’s com­mu­nity space – and saw more than 800 peo­ple come along to en­joy the fun.

Vis­i­tors could en­joy some sea­sonal shop­ping and browse for Christ­mas presents. Stalls of­fered mem­o­ra­bilia for movie and mu­sic buffs, per­son­alised photo can­vases, lux­ury skin­care and hand-sewn Christ­mas dec­o­ra­tions.

There was even a free giftwrap­ping ser­vice putting the per­fect fin­ish­ing touch on the gifts.

Those at­tend­ing the event were treated to a free turkey curry while lis­ten­ing to carol singers.

Win­nersh Tri­an­gle do­nated pro­ceeds from the event to­talling £130 to one of the park’s oc­cu­piers: Guide Dogs Read­ing Mo­bil­ity Team. The Guide Dogs team also had its own stall at the event, rais­ing a fur­ther £193 for the char­ity.

Win­nersh Tri­an­gle’s Bev­erly Har­ri­son said: “Our an­nual Christ­mas fair is one of the most pop­u­lar events we hold dur­ing the year, giv­ing ev­ery­one across the park a chance to come to­gether and cel­e­brate the festive sea­son.

“We are de­lighted to or­gan­ise and host these events for the ben­e­fit and en­joy­ment of those work­ing at the park.”
