Solic­i­tors re­opens with covid-safe mea­sures

AWOKINGHAM-based solic­i­tors has made its premises Covid-safe and re­opened on Mon­day.

Clifton Ingram, which has a branch in Broad Street, as well as of­fices in Read­ing, said that ev­ery­thing is in line with Gov­ern­ment guide­lines and it is op­er­at­ing on an ap­point­ment-only ba­sis.

A spokesper­son said: “We have taken steps to en­sure the safety of ev­ery­one vis­it­ing and work­ing from our of­fices, this in­cludes clean­ing of rooms be­tween ap­point­ments, screen­ing and stag­gered ar­rival times.

“We kindly ask clients to wear a face cov­er­ing and not wear gloves, hand sani­tiser is avail­able on ar­rival and in meet­ing rooms.

“There will also be a short Covid-19 dec­la­ra­tion form for com­ple­tion on ar­rival.”

Clifton Ingram ask that any client who are feel­ing un­well, dis­play­ing any Coro­n­avirus symp­toms or come into con­tact with any­one who has the virus, should can­cel their ap­point­ments.

There is one down­side to the re-opening: the com­pany can no longer of­fer re­fresh­ments.
