He fin­ished -21 and won by seven. 2008 Won the FBR Open for a sec­ond time, edg­ing out Phil Mick­el­son in a play­off, to se­cure a spot on the 2008 Ry­der Cup team. Made his Ry­der Cup de­but at Val­halla, con­tribut­ing 2.5 points in Amer­ica’s crush­ing vic­tory. 2014 Back af­ter brain surgery, won the Wells Fargo with a -14 score, pip­ping Jim Furyk. 2015 Shell Hous­ton Open play-off win­ner against Jor­dan Spi­eth and John­son Wag­ner. 2016 Had his best year yet in the Ma­jors, fin­ish­ing fourth at Au­gusta and third at the Open at Troon. Played in his sec­ond Ry­der Cup, at Hazel­tine Na­tional, where he played three times, win­ning one point.
