Qual­ity pro­tein is the ab­so­lute pri­or­ity af­ter a hard or long work­out, and some­times the con­ve­nience of pro­tein pow­der is the eas­i­est way to guar­an­tee it. You don’t need it ev­ery day but it’s handy to have some just in case.
