Ac­cord­ing to the Univer­sity of Kent, stim­u­lat­ing the brain be­fore ex­er­cise can de­lay leg tired­ness by 15%. Par­tic­i­pants re­ported less ef­fort in ex­er­cise when ex­perts ap­plied non-in­va­sive brain stim­u­la­tion. We reckon read­ing in the open air would work just as well.
