Age is no barrier

Trail Running (UK) - - Warm- Up -

Brainiacs at Georgia State University have confirmed what we runners have long suspected: runners aged between 24-34 are in their prime. Performance declines from 120-150 seconds per marathon every year from 35, with female runners declining more rapidly than men. All is not lost, though; strength and conditioning can help you reverse these effects, and regular exercise can still lower blood pressure and blood cholesterol, and enhance your psychological well-being.
