Standing up from your desk only to sit down again in a boardroom isn’t what your mind or body need, nor is it going to make for a productive discussion. Take your meeting outside and walk as you talk, instead. Admittedly, this will only work for a meeting between two or three people, but an active body makes for a dynamic mind and you’ll experience greater creativity on the move. Not to mention the increased step count on your oft-maligned Fitbit.
