At risk of sounding overbearing, you really need to make sure you’re drinking enough water. Keep on top of your hydration with one of these two tools: The Pryme Vessyl is a futuristic ‘smart’ water bottle – it sounds ridiculous, but bear with us. The bottle tracks and displays your specific hydration needs, so you know exactly how much water to drink and when to drink it. Smart, right? Alternatively, you can try Trail Running contributor Luke Meates’ idea: sling seven elastic bands around your water bottle and remove one each time you finish it. By the end of the day, aim to have removed all the bands. Simple, right?
