■ 1 egg ■ 30g vanilla whey pro­tein ■ 1 tsp gluten-free bak­ing pow­der ■ 50g gluten-free flour ■ 50ml al­mond milk ■ 1 ba­nana

For the top­ping:

■ 5 rasp­ber­ries ■ 20g straw­berry whey pro­tein pow­der ■ 2 tbsp quark ■ Fresh fruit salad ■ 2 tbsp chopped nuts (op­tional)


Blend to­gether all in­gre­di­ents of the waf­flfle mix, us­ing a high-speed blen­der, un­til smooth. Now heat a non-stick waf­flfle iron or waf­flfle maker and brush with co­conut oil – us­ing a la­dle, spoon in the bat­ter mix and cook un­til golden brown and crispy.

Whip the fresh rasp­ber­ries, straw­berry pro­tein pow­der and quark to­gether, then pour over the waffles, add fresh fruit, and top with chopped nuts, if us­ing.
