De­lay­ing pro­cras­ti­na­tion is of­ten the key to work­place suc­cess, and can be a use­ful tool in the war against of­fice in­er­tia, too. Set mi­cro-goals – like clear­ing your emails – and re­ward your­self with a 10-15min screen break. Get up and walk around; that time away from your desk, which will loosen your mus­cles and com­bat poor pos­ture, will be that much more sat­is­fy­ing know­ing you’ve ac­com­plished some­thing be­fore­hand.
