TAKE TO THE TREES
Trail running isn’t really about splits, times and Strava-fuelled competition – that kind of training has its place, but sometimes it’s nice to just take things slow and enjoy the outdoors. That’s why here at Trail Running HQ we’ve taken to climbing trees part way through our lunchtime runs. It’s great fun, engages more muscles than running alone and forces you to think in new ways. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with behaving like a child when you’re running – they look like they’re having more fun, don’t they?
