Back pain is such a subjective condition that it’s A impossible to know the best route forward without knowing the cause, severity and other factors. There are, though, certain steps you can take. “I would certainly advise you to increase your mobility and flexibility, concentrating on your glutes, hips, quads and lower back,” says Jonny. “The impact caused from running may be unlikely to help relieve pain, however. A trip to the physio would be my best advice for now.”
