Trail Running (UK) - - Training -

As a professional runner, Jenn needs to keep mobile and A supple to avoid injury. What’s her advice? “Yoga moves are great for mobility, and mixing it up is best. I try to follow a different YouTube video every day for 20 minutes and, if I’m travelling, I’ll follow some ‘hotel workout’ videos, too.” And our advice? Aim to perform some simple bodyweight moves every morning and make it routine – squats, lunges and downward dogs performed slowly will help to ease out muscle tension. Done everyday, these moves will steadily improve your mobility and joint health.
