1 Challenge yourself
Create challenges that force you to fight through barriers like your fears, doubts and anxieties. Nothing better than running out in the wilds, battling the weather and testing your mental and physical endurance!
The only way to believe in yourself is to prove to yourself you can do the things that are difficult and scary. Nothing is too much, nothing too tough. You’ll be amazed at what you can do.
3 Plan for success
To be successful sketch out a plan before you start. Confidence building is three fold: First you have to think success Believe in your ability to problem solve Believe in your own self worth: like yourself and your life! All of the above can be significantly improved through trail running!
