Trail Running (UK) - - Warm- Up -

A road runner in the week, Greg likes nothing more than heading to the Peak District each weekend for a trail race. This year he’s really got the bit between his teeth and is looking forward to taking it just a little more seriously.

It’s a natural progression for Greg, who’s got faster and faster over the past four or five years. That said, it’s the love of trail that really inspires him. “On a snowy February morning, I ran with my dog Ivy for eight miles along The Roaches near Leek in the Peak District,” he recalls. “There was nobody else around and it was completely clear and still.

“It reminded me why I love trail running – there’s no better way to escape the hustle and bustle of the working week than getting out on trails in the most beautiful parts of the country. It’s just you, your best friend and miles of trails to explore.”
