Trail Running (UK) - - Start Line -

Aged 43, Paul takes on the Lakeland 50 for the first time and survives,

The Lakeland 50 is a 50-mile trail run in the Lake District National Park, held every July. It’s the shorter of the event's two main races, with the Lakeland 100 being the real beast. The event is famously popular and sells out in minutes, so when Montane offered me a spot I snatched their hand off… for the 50! No thank you very much for the 100. Here’s how I prepared for the race, ran the race, and have already started planning my next one.
