HANNAH JAMES, TRAIL
Snowdon was the mountain I’d go and explore from the day I could drive. I’d take myself off on my own to walk and camp. It got me hooked on hillwalking and I owe it for teaching me to be independent, resilient and determined. I’d feel so good on my mission to get to the top, or while looking out over the most fantastic views, that I knew I wanted to work somewhere that allowed me to do this more. Lo and behold… I defy anyone who says it’s a rubbish mountain. If you think it’s dull or too busy, you’re doing it wrong.
