DUNGANNON PARK LAKE TROUT FISHERY
A BEAUTIFUL stream-fed lake covering 12-acres, situated in a 70-acre public park in Northern Ireland, offering boat and bank angling (a Wheelyboat is available for disabled anglers). The site is home to a range of aquatic insects and fly life and is regularly stocked with rainbow trout. All the usual rainbow trout flies and tactics should work. A catch-and-release ticket is available. For those keen to learn how to flyfish, angling instruction and boats are available by pre-booking and all equipment is supplied. A fishing lodge is on hand, providing refreshments. Other facilities on-site include a fully serviced touring caravan park with hard standing pitches and ample space supplied for tents, a network of interesting pathway walks, tennis courts, childrens’ play area and barbeque site, treasure and orienteering trails, for any non-anglers with you, who need entertaining while you fish!
