Trout Fisherman (UK) - - Advice -

Entomology needn’t be all books, Latin names, or magnifying glasses. At grass roots level, entomology involves peering beneath shoreline stones, or the foam line on a windward bank. It’s these places you’ll find information on what trout are likely to be feeding on. Forget naming species and instead focus on the size and how each bug moves, or crawls. This gives you clues to fly choice and how you might fish a given imitation.
