Aiming for trout on Herefordshire’s Arrow
Freehold fishing rights are for sale on the River Arrow, a tributary of the Lugg, which in turn flows into the Wye. The New Mills Fishery, north of the village of Pembridge in Herefordshire, extends to 722 yards of double bank and 120 yards of left bank adjoining Pembridge Common. There are five main pools. Recent electrofishing has revealed juvenile salmon, wild brown trout and bullhead, and grayling are also known to be present.
Imagine your nymph on the edge of the fast flow.
