ADRIAN DUN­BAR is un­der sus­pi­cion in a new psy­cho­log­i­cal drama

TAKE A LOOK at Adrian Dun­bar in twisty thriller Blood, air­ing on Chan­nel 5 later this year.

The six-part se­ries, set in ru­ral Ire­land, and penned by So­phie Pet­zal, whose cred­its in­clude Riviera and The Last King­dom, sees the Line of Duty ac­tor play doc­tor and fam­ily man Jim Ho­gan, whose re­la­tion­ship with es­tranged daugh­ter Cat (Un­for­got­ten’s Carolina Main) comes un­der fur­ther threat when she grows sus­pi­cious af­ter her ill mother Mary (In­grid Craigie) dies.

Cat, who is al­ready haunted by a vi­o­lent mo­ment from her child­hood, re­turns to the fam­ily home af­ter years away and, dur­ing the week af­ter Mary’s death, in­ves­ti­gates whether

Jim may have had a hand in her demise. But is he guilty or is Cat just para­noid?

‘It keeps the view­ers on their toes,’ says Dun­bar. ‘And at the end of each episode, some­thing hap­pens that makes you think, “I was wrong all along!”’
