Scotland Yard is famous throughout the world as the home of London’s Metropolitan Police. In a new two-part series which begins this week, Sir Trevor Mcdonald is given unprecedented access to the Met’s HQ.
His visit takes in the Black Museum, which houses a collection of criminal memorabilia. There, the former ITN News anchor sees murder weapons, hanging nooses and evidence connected with some of the Yard’s most notorious cases over almost two centuries.
