Nice glass of Bublé
singer to follow in adele’s footsteps to the BBC studios
Michael Bublé will perform some of his biggest hits as well as new material in front of a live studio audience for a BBC1 show.
Hosted by claudia winkleman, Michael Bublé at the BBC follows last year’s special about adele, fronted by Graham norton.
‘i loved Adele at the BBC and i’m so excited and honoured to have been invited by the BBC to do my own show for them. i’m sure it will be a blast,’ says Michael, 41.
claudia, 44, who’ll be asking questions about his music, his family and what inspires him, adds: ‘when you’re asked, “would you like to interview Michael Bublé and watch him sing”, you don’t say no. You change your life to accommodate this request. i can’t wait.’
Billed as a ‘must-see tv treat’, the show will include songs from his new album, Nobody But Me, and will be screened in november.
