Dan wants answers when he finds fiancée Kerry sneaking out of a clinic

f only Kerry Wyatt had listened when

Dan wanted to offload about his troubles. She might not be creeping around now, attempting to have an abortion in secret – a move that could possibly signal the end of her relationship with Dan when he discovers her emerging from a clinic.

Convinced that one-night stand Ross is the father of her unborn child, Kerry is determined to get rid of it, so that she can start afresh with Dan. He has no idea that any of this is going on, but he has noticed she seems a bit strung out.

‘He can sense something is wrong,’ explains Liam Fox, who plays the garage hand and trainee paramedic. ‘He really wants to work things out with her, and hopes they can put the whole Nicola business behind them.’

Kerry books an appointment at the clinic and lies to Dan that she has a wedding dress fitting. When she can’t get Hetty the camper van to start, she rings

Dan for assistance, but he kills the call in order to deal with an irate customer. Desperate not to miss her time slot, she heads for the garage and borrows a car.

Explains Liam: ‘Dan and

Ross notice that this car has gone missing and Laurel tells them Kerry went off in it. They then get a call to say it has been spotted outside a clinic, so they go and investigate.’

Poor Kerry. Could it get any worse? The Geordie beautician takes an abortion pill and, when she leaves the clinic, she’s greeted by Dan and Ross – either of whom could be the father of the baby she’s decided to get rid of.

Dan wants to know what the hell is going on and wonders if his fiancée might be ill. Will she admit the truth?

Dan wonders if Kerry’s done something more serious than pinch a car
