After a fun-packed afternoon, they gaze out to sea and watch their new comet, ‘Jalfie’ – which has been officially recognised – fly above them. It’s the perfect end to a perfect day but, just like the couples’ other adventures, there’s a dark reality behind their smiles. The idyllic excursion exists only in their imaginations. Jade – whose cancer has returned – has earlier taken a turn for the worse at the couple’s ‘Golden Wedding’ bash. The teens both know that she’s on borrowed time. Is that time now quickly running out?
