With fri­day’s fi­nal in sight, eight re­gional cham­pi­ons are bat­tling it out for a place in the kitchen to cook at the ban­quet cel­e­brat­ing 140 years of Wim­ble­don. Af­ter a visit to the iconic courts of SW19, it’s time to pre­pare their starters, which will be judged by not only reg­u­lar judges Matthew Fort, Andi Oliver and Oliver Pey­ton, but also guest judge and Wim­ble­don supremo Sue Barker. Over the week Tim Hen­man pops in to help judge the fish course, Par­a­lympic gold medal­list Gordon Reid rates the mains and Annabel Croft gives her thoughts on the de­li­cious desserts.
