real life / 9.00pm / BBC1
as we’ve come to expect from this series, this episode kicks off with a smug and flashy landlord boasting about their wealth. Samuel, 25, is more than happy to sit back and rake in between £10,000 and £20,000 a month profit while having absolutely nothing to do with his tenants. Also swapping lives with their tenants this week are Paul and Sharon, who believe they couldn’t be better landlords.
