Nadiya’s foodie ad­ven­ture con­tin­ues with a visit to East Anglia. Af­ter cook­ing a de­li­cious-look­ing plough­man’s cheese and pickle tart, she takes to the high seas in search of her favourite seafood – crab. It’s Nadiya’s first time on board a boat and prob­a­bly her last, too, thanks to a nasty bout of sea­sick­ness! Safely back on shore she rus­tles up crab sum­mer rolls, be­fore vis­it­ing a potato farmer who grows spuds for crisps. In­spired by her love of the salty snack, she makes a crisp, choco­late and salted peanut dessert – which sounds weird but looks amaz­ing. Fi­nally, in hon­our of all the fan­tas­tic fresh pro­duce East Anglia has to offer, Nadiya rus­tles up a healthy herby chicken and potato salad.
