Jodie Whit­taker’s made huge head­lines as the first fe­male to play the Doc­tor, but be­fore then she gets the chance to play an­other kind of doc­tor in a new psy­cho­log­i­cal thriller. En­ter nurse Cath Har­dacre, who af­ter los­ing her job for whistle­blow­ing, steals her best friend’s iden­tity and starts a new life as a medic in Ed­in­burgh. Sounds like a dan­ger­ous game…

cath’s ex and the father of their daugh­ter, Molly, will go to des­per­ate mea­sures to get his fam­ily back. ‘Karl wants to show that he can be the father his daugh­ter de­serves,’ says Blake, ‘and pos­si­bly the hus­band that cath de­serves.’
