Matt also re­turns to his days of study­ing an­thro­pol­ogy at univer­sity by vis­it­ing a re­gion called the Cra­dle of Hu­mankind, which was where we first dis­cov­ered fire around a mil­lion years ago, lead­ing to a dras­tic change in our diet and evo­lu­tion.
