TV Times - - News -

2017 has been an annus horribilis for Michelle Connor, what with Ruairi’s death and her discovery that Steve was

Oli’s father. And, as we head into autumn, life isn’t going to get any better for her.

Having recently faced a series of frightening ordeals, including being drugged and locked in the boot of her car, her stalker continues his reign of terror. All the while, Michelle and Robert have their eye on the wrong guy.

‘Will is to blame – he feels spurned by Michelle and wants revenge for her hurting him,’ reveals star Kym Marsh, who plays her. ‘When they had their near-affair last year, the reason she gave for not being with him was that she loved Steve. So the fact that she has since left him, but still hasn’t chosen Will really angers him.

‘Obviously, because Michelle and Robert are so convinced that Rich is the culprit, he’s able to carry on his exploits.’

Wiley Will ingratiates himself with the pair, playing the concerned friend to Michelle and offering to help Robert with a redesign for the

Bistro. Behind the scenes, though, he’s causing mayhem, and there’s another incident at the restaurant which leaves Michelle terrified.

Robert gets closer to the truth when he believes that Rich is innocent and that someone else is waging a war on them.

And, to keep Michelle safe, he suggests they fake splitting up. As ‘single’ Michelle pretends to have a broken heart, could a delighted Will expose himself as the guilty party?
