Man dies af­ter be­ing hit by train in Ruil­slip

TRAGEDY struck again in Ruis­lip on Fri­day night (De­cem­ber 16) when a man died af­ter be­ing hit by a train at Ruis­lip Manor sta­tion.

Emer­gency ser­vices were called to the scene at around 10pm to re­ports a per­son had been hit by a train.

The man was rushed to hos­pi­tal for treat­ment, but sadly died on Satur­day morn­ing (De­cem­ber 17).

Bri­tish Trans­port Police (BTP) say the death is not be­ing treated as sus­pi­cious.

A state­ment from BTP said: “We were called to Ruis­lip Manor Lon­don Un­de­ground sta­tion at 10pm on Fri­day fol­low­ing re­ports of a per­son struck by a train. Of­fi­cers at­tended the scene and a man was taken to hos­pi­tal for treat­ment, where he sadly died this morn­ing.

“The in­ci­dent is not be­ing treated as sus­pi­cious and a file will be pre­pared for the coro­ner.”
