Many don’t respect junction crossing

Uxbridge Gazette - - OPINION -

IN REFERENCE to the story ‘jail term for driver who ran over pensioner twice’ (Gazette December 7).

Although this man was jailed, it is little comfort for the family of the victim.

I myself, risk life and limb crossing on the new crossing at Eastcote Lane/ Field End Road.

During daytime hours, rogue drivers are more likely to stop but some sections of the community have no regard for fellow human beings.

Perhaps if the sentences were more severe, they might adhere to the rules? Plus become aware, that rules are for everyone, without exception MRS M.T.B. EARL Hamilton Crescent Harrow
