The blue window frames and front door of Rose Cottage in the Cornish town of Port Isaac have become very familiar to regular viewers of TV series Doc Martin. The property is in an area of the village famous for its narrow alleys and a higgledy-piggledy layout as historic fishermen’s cottages collide with each other behind the town’s high street.

Rose Cottage has also featured as the home of several characters in the hit ITV drama.

The show is set in the fictional seaside village of Portwenn and filmed almost exclusively in and around the houses and streets of Port Isaac, which has been instrumental in giving the series its distinctive look.

Rose Cottage has cashed in on this fame. The property has been let out for a long time as a holiday home and agent Yopa says it earns approximately £20,000 a year from visiting tourists.

Its owner, who lives in Guernsey, is now selling up and has put it on the market for £515,000. An additional £1,100 a year is payable for a parking space at the top of village, as the cottage is only accessible on foot.

It has three double bedrooms, two reception rooms, a kitchen with an AGA, and a small garden at the front plus a terrace at the back.

Georgia Toffolo or ‘Toff’ to her 1.9 million Instagram followers has enjoyed a meteoric rise to fame since she joined TV reality show Made in Chelsea in 2014 and then, three years later, won I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

Her brains, good looks and sunny personality helped her survive both the sharp-elbowed Chelsea set and several retch-worthy Bushtucker Trials.

Georgia also has an impressive CV for a 24-year-old. It includes two years of voluntary work, a law degree, jobs at several legal firms as well a stint at The Lady magazine.

She has also had several career-enhancing liaisons both on and off camera including with James Middleton, George Lineker and Chelsy Davy’s ex Charles Goode.

But should her TV career not pan out, Georgia has a property rental business.

She rents out a holiday home in Torquay she co-owns with her mother. It’s a two-bedroom property on the first floor of a luxury complex in the centre of the popular seaside town. It has partial sea views, a shared garden, open plan lounge, kitchen-diner, off-street parking and is available to rent starting at £402 a week via Original Cottages (0333 2020 899).
