PENY­BONT con­tin­ued their per­fect start to the new Nathaniel Car Sales Welsh League Di­vi­sion One sea­son with a com­pre­hen­sive 3-0 vic­tory at newly pro­moted Cw­mam­man United.

Joe Hop­kins, Gethin Jones and Cullen Kin­sella all scored for the vis­i­tors to en­sure they kept their place at top of the ta­ble.

Di­vi­sion Two cham­pi­ons Llanelli Town also main­tained their 100 per cent record fol­low­ing their 4-2 vic­tory over Cam­brian & Cly­dach.

The Reds have now scored 13 goals in their open­ing three fixtures with Joe Clarke, Jor­dan Fol­lows, Jor­dan Davies and Lee Trun­dle all on tar­get.

And Goytre United made it three wins out of three af­ter pick­ing up a price­less 1-0 vic­tory at Cwm­bran Celtic.

Ja­mal Roberts was on hand to net for the vis­i­tors to en­sure they fin­ished the week­end third in the ta­ble.

Goytre picked up their sec­ond vic­tory of the sea­son as they beat Bri­ton Ferry Llan­sawel 3-1 at Plough Road. Luke Prosser bagged a brace for the hosts with Ben McDon­ald also get­ting on the score­sheet.

Else­where, Taffs Well and Caerau Ely played out 2-2 draw, which handed Caerau Ely their first point of the sea­son af­ter a dis­ap­point­ing start.

Port Tal­bot Town claimed their first point of the sea­son thanks to a 1-1 draw at home to Afan Lido.

Undy Ath­letic and Ton Pen­tre recorded a 1-1 draw at The Cause­way to leave the vis­i­tors still search­ing for their first vic­tory of the sea­son.

In other ac­tion, Haver­ford­west County and Mon­mouth Town played out a goal­less draw at The Cony­gar Bridge Meadow.
