He added: “We get the fam­ily we wanted but our over­rid­ing de­sire was to give a lov­ing home to some chil­dren who needed it.

“Up to our boys com­ing in to our home it felt a bit empty. Now I think Jacquie, my­self, and the rest of our fam­ily feel com­plete.”

We liked the idea of si­b­lings as we felt we could ac­com­mo­date two or more both fi­nan­cially and emo­tion­ally and phys­i­cally
