Teen ad­mits PSCO as­sault

A TEENAGER who ad­mit­ted as­sault­ing a PSCO in Coven­try has been handed un­paid work.

Lee Bof­fey, 19, was ar­rested af­ter of­fi­cers were called to an in­ci­dent in Ri­ley Square, Bell Green, on Wed­nes­day April 13.

He was charged with as­sault and ad­mit­ted the of­fence at Coven­try Mag­is­trates’ Court on Thurs­day.

Unem­ployed Bof­fey, of Fre­vill Road, Bell Green, was handed a 12-month com­mu­nity order with 80 hours un­paid work and or­dered to pay £50 com­pen­sa­tion and a £85 vic­tim sur­charge.
