Amazing puppetry technology brings cartoon hit to life
ANS of PAW Patrol would be barking mad to miss their first live theatre tour.
Extra shows have been added since the launch of PAW Patrol Live! “Race to the Rescue” so there are still tickets to see the Ryder and the gang in action on their latest adventures across the UK.
No job is too big, no pup is too small is the lesson for little ones, as the gang shares lessons about community, social skills and problem-solving on the tour, which starts in August.
When Mayor Goodway goes missing on the day of the Great Adventure Bay Race, the pups are quickly on the case. And families can join Chase, Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, Skye and Everest as they save the day.
The show uses Bunraku puppetry, an innovative costuming approach that brings the PAW Patrol characters to life on stage. Costumes worn by the performers create life-size pups that wag their tails and blink their eyes, forging a fun and realistic parallel between the animated series and the live show. The performance features up-tempo music, classic theatrical scenery and a high-tech video wall, all of which will transports families to well-known PAW Patrol locations such as Adventure Bay, The Lookout, Seal Island, Farmer Yumi’s farm and Jake’s Mountain. Special interactive video will also allow the audience to participate with the pups. FOR all tour dates, times and venues, and to purchase tickets, go to pawpatrollive.com/ uk
