Mumford’s the word
BRITISH folk band Mumford & Sons have announced a huge world tour which includes a show at the NEC on Friday, November 23. The 60-date tour will then travel to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, before returning for 16 further dates in major European cities, in support of their upcoming album Delta.
After releasing their debut album Sigh No More in 2009, Mumford & Sons have released a string of toe-tapping folk singles including Little Lion Man, The Cave, Winter Winds and I Will Wait.
And with 2012’s Babel and 2015’s Wilder Mind both reaching the top spot in the UK album charts, fans can expect big things from Mumford’s latest LP, which is due for release on November 17.
Tickets go on sale today, at 10am. They’re priced at £42.50, £53.50 and £64.50 plus a £2.55 fulfillment fee.
