Teams back in action

West Lothian’s two rugby teams are back in action on Saturday after there were no fixtures last week due to the Six Nations clash at Murrayfield.

Livingston know their fate is sealed and they will be playing in the regional leagues next term but they’ll be desperate to get another win on the board when they travel to face mid-table Haddington.

Livi have claimed just two wins from their 19 games in National League Division Three but have continued to valiantly battle against the odds.

Meanwhile, Linlithgow Reds are also away from home in their East Region League One fixture as they take on Forrester.

The Reds have had an up and down year with five wins and two draws from their 15 league matches played but they sit above their opponents in the table and will be targeting it as a game they should win.

Both games are set to kick-off at 3pm.
