Fauld­house United lost their 100 per cent record start to the sea­son but re­main un­de­feated and at the sum­mit of the Premier League af­ter a dra­matic 3-3 draw away at St An­drews United.

The clash was re­versed as the Park View pitch was wa­ter­logged, but the vis­i­tors got off to a great start as they took the lead in the third minute thanks to David Dunn.

How­ever, they went into the break trail­ing by two goals.

Scott Or­rock lev­elled things four min­utes af­ter they fell be­hind, with fur­ther goals from Derek Wal­lace and Liam McDaid putting the hosts in the driv­ing seat at half-time. An­thony Hig­gins, who was in­tro­duced at the start of the sec­ond half, dragged the away side back into the con­test as he bun­dled the ball home mid­way through the sec­ond half.

Un­for­tu­nately, he later suf­fered an an­kle dis­lo­ca­tion and was taken to hospi­tal.

Fauld­house sealed a share of the spoils as de­fender Sammy Wat­son net­ted in the 90th minute.

Jon Con­nolly’s team will be ex­pected to get back to win­ning ways this week­end as they travel to an Ar­niston Rangers side sit­ting at the foot of the Premier League ta­ble and still search­ing for their first vic­tory.
