West Lothian Courier - - The Back Page - Callum Carson

Blackburn United will be aiming to jump into third place in the Premier League table on Saturday as they take on Haddington Athletic.

Mark Campbell’s men have enjoyed a sensational start to their maiden season at that level and after inflicting a first loss of the season on Fauldhouse last week will be going for their fifth consecutive win.

Elsewhere in the second tier, Whitburn host Downfield at Central Park while Bathgate Thistle welcome St Andrews United to West Lothian.

Fauldhouse United will be keen to get back to winning ways but know an away day at Tranent will be no easy task.

In the Superleague, Linlithgow Rose will be looking to inflict more misery on Kennoway Star Hearts when they make the trip to Fife.

The top flight new boys have yet to pick up a victory this season.

Broxburn Athletic are also away from home as they take on Broughty Athletic.

In the South Division, there’s a derby match as Pumpherston host Stoneyburn while Livi United are at home to Oakley United.

Armadale visit Lochgelly while Harthill are away to Easthouses Lily MW.
